Terms of sale

Effective November 1, 2026

These terms cover buying a Dawn of Beasts founder alpha key from AlienTech Game Studio LLC ("we") on this site. Buying a key means you agree to them.

What you're buying

• One founder alpha key for Dawn of Beasts on PC (Windows), for $25 USD plus any sales tax or VAT shown at checkout.
• Private alpha access, the full game on Steam at launch, the alpha-tester skin, in-game title and Discord title, and your name in the credits.
• The first release has 2,500 keys. When they're gone, sales stop. We may release more keys later, based on player feedback.

One key per account

Each account on this site (one email address) can buy one key. Your key is shown on your key page while you're signed in, and emailed to you.

Using your key

Sign in to the launcher with your Unity account and enter the key once. It binds to that Unity account for good: one key per Unity account, and one Unity account per key. Keep your key private until you use it. We can't replace a key someone else redeemed first.

It's an alpha

The game is in active development. Expect bugs, downtime, resets and changes to content and balance. There's no NDA: you're free to stream and share what you see.

Payments, refunds and chargebacks

Stripe is the merchant of record for your purchase and handles payment, tax and transaction support. You can get a refund within 14 days of purchase, as long as the key hasn't been redeemed in the launcher: email contact@alientechstudio.com from the address you bought with. If an order is refunded or charged back, its key is revoked and stops working, and it is never sold again.

Conduct

Keys are for you. Reselling keys, or cheating, abuse or harassment in the game, can get the key revoked without a refund.

Liability

The alpha is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for anything related to your key is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, USA. Questions: contact@alientechstudio.com. See also our privacy page.
